Customer Support Representative
Position Summary:
The Customer Support Representative will provide comprehensive telephone support and assistance to existing EnCORE customers. The candidate will deliver prompt and professional support services while delivering accurate and "done right the first time" assistance.
Responsibilities:
Provide telephone and email support to customers using EnCORE Onsite / Online by assisting in diagnosing problems in a timely and accurate manner to assure customer satisfaction.
Skill Requirements:

2 Years successful customer service experience.

Must have professional written and verbal communication skills.

Must possess good problem solving skills and the ability to listen to customers as they express their issue(s).

Experience in Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL a plus.
